Aug 22 (Reuters) - Australia's Whitehaven Coal (WHC) said on Thursday it had entered separate agreements with Nippon Steel 5401.T and JFE Steel Corp to sell 20% and 10% stake, respectively, in its Blackwater coal mine for an aggregate $1.08 billion.
