I can't say I agree with your sentiment that disgruntled shareholders are keeping the SP down though.
I am aware that GGP are operators but VIL are by far, the senior partner in the Fausse Point venture and as such have an obligation to ensure we , the owners are kept informed.
I and the other punters, invested in VIL on the potential of FP not Bongo or Tunisia. VIL have chosen to remain silent on FP, electing instead to focus on other projects in the hope (I suspect) of diverting attention away from FP, the reason the mugs poured their hard earned into VIL in the first place.
So, I reject your premis that the shareholders are to blame. The company management must wear this one. To say they been erratic is the understatement of the century.
