depends what their ambitions are
the lower you keep the price the less of a premium you have to eventuallly pay in takeover scenarios
they are only dumping what extra shares they bought over the last few days and their games will result in them picking up cheaper shares again and doing the same thing so while others are waiting for it to get past 3c to help the company’s balance sheet they will have traded it enough times to make more money than pure buy and hold and sell at 3c
Narcissistic behavior by someone very disgruntled is my guess as to why
