Agreed. It could have been worse. It's a balancing act for MLX.....dictate punitive terms as far as you can without pushing CYM over the edge. That's what happens when companies resort to stupid financing options that serve an immediate need but do not take into account the future. Debt in companies that do not have an income or are reliably confident of a future revenue stream are setting themselves up to be caught between the proverbial rock & a hard place or doomed to failure & that's CYM's predicament. They have no choice other than to accept dictatorial & repressive terms
