FWIW -- in response to the questions about "Would you use this tech given the LNU history?" -- I would still use the tech if I could be sure of its solvency.

I still come across potential implementations in my line of work where I think "The Linius stack could do this quite well".

It is my long-held concern about their solvency that has and does prevent me from recommending them to clients.

This is not just because of the current cash-raise situation they find themselves in. It is more about the ability for their sales team (once comprised of over a dozen people, now just James as far as I can tell) to close a paying deal.

Despite the concerns around James' credibility, it does remain that he as an individual has generated more genuine sales in his short time than the rest of LNU put together did in 6 years.

James inherited this situation. It can't be easy. I've never met him or spoken to him directly but what I hear is that he's a hard worker and is trying his best.

The tech and its supporting toolset remains useful. Its implementation may no longer be proprietary as it was when LNU was founded but it's a good turnkey solution and there's no reason not to use it other than the underlying concerns about the company.

All IMO and doesn't constitute any kind of investment advice.
