As said , not sure DB would be allowed to vote. However, obviously SH with options will vote in favour. Even non-option holders such as myself may vote in favour…simply because of the Fed Government involvement. As previously stated, I don’t hold options with less than 12 months to expiry. Also, no sympathy for traders in the options who don’t show any long term commitment to the Company. Appreciate your posts bytheway.
