I am now very intrigued on the ratio of 1:1... for free???
That is a MASSIVE call to put to holders? I would've expected it to be at least 1:2 with a minimal fee attached to it?
I now have the slight inclination that he might've spoken to some big shareholders? Looked at the holdings of the vast majority and made the assumption that it will get approved?
So many thoughts and opinions (also prayers) going through my mind right at this second.
Another restless sleep coming right up.........
