If anyone is interested in preclinical study published in 2023 grom across the globe which fully supports how the drug is specifically made to only target TRPC channels 3,6,7 and the reason why the answer is below. Channels 4 and 5 have been studied to protect the brain during traumatic events. NYR-B03 only targets channels 3,6 and 7 for calcium influx and the first drug of its kind. This is a completely new drug class and a stable drug which can be made in a multitude of drug forms
