Pensana has No Mine, Ore is still in the ground and No Refinery plus $500M USD needed to fund both Projects, No Cashflow until late 2020's your in the same boat as IXR, you can twist it anyway you want at this point in time 22.08.2024 you having nothing just like most REE companies in the Western World.
