That was on 4 corners last week and worth watching.
EU will add tariffs to counter Chinese EV imports. Others will no doubt follow.
We don't have a car industry here so no action required.
In China now EV's are cheaper to buy than petrol cars due to all the money
that China is putting into EV's. At some point you have to stop doing that.
China doing it with nickle to where they own a mine in Indonesia and heavy subsidized
by the Chinese government to the point where BHP had to stop mining it.
They can't do it forever so BHP will wait until China cut sit back.
