Existing major producers, have already flagged brownfields expansions may not happen, unless price dictates. Take P2000 for example. It will not happen unless the price is circa US $1500 for SC6. So the probable and highly probable supply on the graph, will be much smaller and the DLE component of that, won't happen. Just look at the Lake SP for evidence of what the market thinks of that DLE play happening.
