The precursor to ethics submission is patent(s) submission, although this could occur the same day.

There's a very real possibility we receive a substantial update in terms of what RAC have uncovered preclinically - MOA(s) etc on patent submission. E.g. If they are screening for specific responses to validate CPACS then this information will need to be disclosed to ethics and I would assume also subject to I.P protection. But... there's also a very real possibility we don't hear anything on MOA's for another 18 months until the patent applications are published by WIPO.
