I have seen both Dennis and John's CV.
I have no problem with their CVs.
Im not sure why Larry had to go as it now affects the balance of the board (not to mention creates a perception of destabilisation from those standing on the outside).
Also, explain this to me, how do the shareholders know that Larry has done a poor job equal to being voted OFF, yet the other directors were voted ON? These things only happen when a campaign is run against an individual. Was a campaign run to eliminate Larry? Do you know of any?
Which way did you vote SP3?
