Because of the increasing activity in the Hark Springs region into 2011, it will be even more critical to do a JV with a major company who will have the expertise and the facilities to get things moving, as they have a total of 150 wells proposed for this location if they use 160 acre spacings.
Now it would be obvious to have CHK as they already have 2 rigs within the area with leases purchased from SSN and have access to frac crews.
But knowing TB Im sure he will get the best deal possible, he also has stated he is in the process of talking to different strategic partners and in the Hartley report suggests one could be done before year-end.
Even after the 3D seismic has been completed and SSN
purchase more leases I believe a deal will be done, with more drilling sites and a quality JV in place you will see allot more activity not only with the drilling but with the SP.
