Today 22-8-2012, 26 million shares have been issued at eight-one-hundredth of a cent ( $0.0008 ) , to pay out $21,000 of debt. Goodness knows why accepting CLZ shares would be preferential to holding company debt. Seriously holding these shares, would be a bottom-of-the-barrel investment, as how long will it take to liquidate them?
