ALB up 20% since JPM cut its price target from $115 to $78 which happened to be its previous close price. So JPM started to cover short interest in ALB and inherently other li producers like PLS. Seems like the next wave of new shorts will be coming after a "relief rally" bring in new equity into the equation.
The test of $3.07 resistance was a clear sign PLS is yet to go up after a month of testing that price.
