I don't think the lithium price is so important now as PLS still went up 2% probably because the market is looking ahead and is getting set for the next cycle
as this article seems to be suggesting
"A couple schools of thought on M&A: Do it at times like these, when valuations are under water so you can warehouse projects for the next boom or pick up a sneaky Tier-1 asset on the cheap."
further it would seem that potential buyers with cash don't go up as much as companies that might get taken over.
