Shorts all closed out at 1 cent - Where does Nige go from here ? Locke was a fail ! a cap raise for a delisted company wont happen - Litigation funding looks unlikely so what's left preferential notes ? long dated options ?

The biggest red flag after the Locke ruse was the companies own Legal team not offering Litigation funding , it will be a telling blow if Nige isn't prepared to stump up his own cash to protect his 50m shares - that is as good as saying he doesn't hold out any hope of seeing a payout from the DRC at the end of year's of legal argy bargy .
