The fact that MSB did not go to court to play "it was FDA's fault" card, was a VERY WISE move. Minimum to no real damage here, but saves our relationship with FDA, in fact enhanced it. So, likely this has delivered an overall net benefit ... when we have a MUCH BIGGER fish to fry, and it sits right in FDA's court right now!
