One point missing in current discussion.
Why would anyone buy the entitlement shares at 1.2c when they are available at 1.1c on the market?

There may be a miracle type of announcement between now and when shares are offered.
Share price may just go a little higher without any reason.

Or the share price will stay at current or lower level and they won’t raise any money through the entitlement.

The amount raised through the placement to SI is already lower than expected. After costs will probably be less than $3 million.
If the shareholders won’t stump up the money the situation can get a little bit difficult.

If nobody or very few people will participate in the entitlement offer they will be able to do another CR to SI, but at what price?
