I'm just sticking to the actual facts. Which are as follows:

1. Objective Corp (OCL) is not owned by NCC. No idea where you got this from.
2. BRI was down 14% intra-day when I posted at 13:30. I will concede that the SP closed 10.41% down. But no need to call BS.
3. Quote from the BRI media release "Consumer confidence around residential building sector remains subdued given market uncertainty around interest rates,with data indicating building activity (approvals and housing starts) in the addressable residential markets to be down low single digits over the coming 12 months. This also extends to multi-residential which is expected to be flat with high-rise construction down"
4. BRI did not declare a "fat divvy". The final dividend was cut from $0.085c to $0.02c (down 76%). The 10% drop in the SP is reflective of the drop in EPS and the negative outlook. The next dividend will be similar.
