Undaunted,
As I read it the vesting conditions for Classes H, I & J have been met - albeit that the vesting term has not yet matured. So based on the paragraph below the table...the board could use discretion to not forfiet these performance rights. So maybe if the board agreed he gets 13.5m out of 18m rights...lucky bugger...no need to be greedy and hang around for K & L rights to vest. Do you agree?
