    One to add is silicosis to risk factors. Know that currently stevedores are wearing monitors to assess silicon exposure levels from export silica.

    the obvious risk is litigation from health effects, however smaller issues could be finding employees that want to work full-time with dust masks, extra costs...etc etc.
