The Yugoslavia breakup resulted in a Civil War.

That is what it was. Did they not teach you basics at propaganda schools???

Its the same with Ukraine and US. The people and its representatives voted secede, and it triggered a civil war.

The Crimea and Donbas voted to secede in 2014/2015 resulted in its civil war and it escalated in 2022,

If there was no secession, no civil war.

Why is that hard to understand???

Atrocities happens in all Wars regardless of the Constitution of the country. It happened in US Civil War, Libyan civil war, Iraqi civil war, Syrian civil war, and Ukrainian civil war.

There are no provisions in any Constitution on how one conduct its war, especially a civil war.

The Rules of Wars are governed by the Geneva Convention and UN Laws - Not within the Constitution of any particular country.

Go look up the Ukrainian Constitution and see if there is a provision on how Wars are conducted....LOL
