Time to shrink to greatness and cut all non essential headcount. I’m sure the larger holders are onto the board about reducing costs as a priority. They should be able to offset the losses on the properties (assuming there are any accounting losses to use against income from the cash in the bank). Have you factored interest into the wind up value calculations.
