If it was as easy as "Once Croatia declared its independence" its the end of Yugoslavia, then it would have been so easy for the US Confederate (South) Crimea, Donbas, Syria, Libya, etc etc etc . Every single one of them resulted in a Civil War.

Fact of Life: Every Union to form a Country is governed by its Constitution. And in almost all Constitutions, it is extremely hard to break away. A vote to Secede most of the time, results in a CIVIL WAR.

Its why we have had CIVIL WARS throughout the ages.

If it was as easy as you suggest, then Ukraine should have just pissed off when Crimea voted for Independence in 1991 (the same year Ukraine voted for its Independence). But it didn't - not in 1991 and not in 2014. In 1991, Ukraine used its military to arrest those politician voting for Independence and in 2014, it went to War; and still continuing to this day.

Face the fact, you are simply braindead, but not willing to admit it.
