Any country, will always understate their own and over-exaggerate (a term you a certainly familiar with) the casualties of their enemy.

of course they can't ....it's best estimate .....you certainly keep pretending russia has comparatively lighter casualties than Ukraine because it suits you to .....but of course plenty of indication to the contrary
