I guess they might be relying on most players getting
A VPN, (virtual private network) which is so easy to get these days.So it might be blocked if your IP is in these countries but almost every kid knows how to get a VPN.
Then payments, banking and prises are from outside the country.Not sure this would save directors from jail..Stated again in the 4C that it's all legal.
