JDP I'm confused, as usual.
Can't the CPACS in humans patent application(s) wait until just before clinical results are announced?
How can it/they be lodged before RAC knows the clinical results?
Don't the clinical results have to appear in the patent application?
It's not sufficient to have an idea, you need to have performed an actual experiment.
The RAC220 formulation patent(s) are different.
Happy to be corrected.
