In reference to the Jordan Valley, just look at how much of the West Bank have been taken over the Israelis.
Does not matter, whether its East Jerusalem, West Bank, Golan Heights or Shebaa Farm, Israel is there to occupy - first with the military to be followed by settlers.
That has been their strategy to achieve "Greater Israel".
