Hi Rooey interesting thoughts mate. But I do have issue with a few things regards a "takeover". I believe for a takeover to even begin to happen one single investor must have a minimum 20% interest in the company which makes sense, why takeover a company you have no vested interest in. Secondly, is voting power......the general public owns 74.6% of the current shares that are on issue. If PCL want to sell-out they would need to go thought us, the public investor. This means that, and as I understand it, that if PCL gets some ridiculous offer of a buy-out.....lets say 0.08 cents a share, then as the majority shareholder, meaning us the general public, WE the 74.6% would have the voting power to stop the sale. So at this point I would not to much thought into getting taken over, at least for now. If someone wants to take over PCL THEY NEED TO GO THROUGH US FIRST!But please I may be wrong, and if so please let me know, I'm always ready to listen and learn. Cheers!
