david25, I respect your right to have your opinion but I don't think some of your comments are correct. I can't see how the chairman could make a decision on a capital return without the others directors or a majority of them agreeing. When he said he took responsibility of the capital return I think he meant on behalf of the board. Please tell us what you would have done differently (even though you have the benefit of hindsight) and tell us where the company should go from here. I also find it hard to believe you could run a company without basic education which you seem to lack, judging by your poor grammar. If you don't like what the company is doing, get in touch with a stockbroker and place a sell order on Monday- there are buyers waiting, willing to pay you 96.5 cents per share!
