Iluka have their hand out for govt funding again, to fund their proposed $1.2 BILLION rare earth refinery. This is why I see LIN as a no brainer ..

Purely speculation, I think we're going to see a big JV partner, someone like Equinor or BHP, or RIO. I can't imagine the BOD would be keen on selling their "golden goose project" . However, given LIN is only seeking a $90mil debt facility, it seems to me it would be difficult for a major backer to gain a significant ownership of LIN - which only leaves the option of a TO offer or significant buying on market?

Do we have thoughts on this anyone?
