People debating cost of Viagra v Spontan is a bit like Ford v Ferrari. Think about that for a second in the context of sexual and mental health....not everyone can afford a Ferrari but everyone can afford a bottle of Spontan.
Also, Viagra is digested through the stomach, doesn't work on everyone and has a high discontinuance rate.
