Listening to the conference call as I type. I asked regarding the slowdown in 2nd half vs 1st half and a trading update so far for the first 6 weeks. Response is that they expect a similar level of growth in FY25 to FY24 driven by a 50bps increase in GM and focus on higher margin products.
Chris mentioned the slowdown in 2nd half is more seasonal, not sure about this one but ok.
SIB is approx $5m and they’re back looking for acquisitions with debt being reduced slightly
