He did, as he always does! He rather mocked them as usual! Mainly from the perspective of Servcorp’s service offering being very much superior, especially in terms of IT support. Alf made the point that “our managers can sleep at night, they don’t have to lie about anything”. Because our service offering is so good, they just have to oresentt it to the client as it is, transparently, and it’s the best product available.
I think Regus was the only competitor mentioned by name. Alf highlighted how our share price has been doing a lot better than theirs apparently has in recent years.
