Did they give any indication regarding their occupancy rate ?
I could not find it in their presentation or their annual report (perhaps I missed it).
Wonder if Alf has ever mentioned the level of occupancy which corresponds to their breakeven ?
It seems that they have a good margin, even with an occupancy rate around 70 % (as discussed before with @Barooona in another thread).
