They have announced they can produce ~5t per week continuously. But that's all.
As per RIO stating their 3ktpa is a 'small starter plant' at capacity, we can certainly say that AGY's 5t per week is absolutely no where close to 'commercial production' in the realm of actual producers.
"Apart from rectification of the machinery to produce a good number, a good story telling is required to convince the market."
Story telling and lack of competency are these guys forte. How else have so many investors been screwed and blindsided into thinking their 2ktpa plant was on the up'n'up.
