1. Why they chose to settle now ?
2. How much the settlement was ?
Until we receive the settlement details after the court's approval (assuming that happens) we are all just speculating ....
.... and as for your comment "The plaintiffs knew in advance how much the Insurers for MSB were prepared to pay" .... I am still ROFL
The CA is finished subject to court approval but do go on about how it is supposedly now not a positive for the company if it gets you through the day .... IMHO it clears the path for a CHF partnership to be executed now that this is finalised ... It's been fun - enjoy your day !
