I don’t know what others think, but I use market reaction as a general guide. I believe your approach to buying is the right one, at least for this company. Initially, I thought this company was a growth stock and therefore justified a high PE. However, I now see it more as a yield stock, especially since they pay out about 90% of their profit as dividends. So, it’s best to get in when the price falls below.
