it got "out of control " by the Lib mismanagement of NDIS.... a long list of failures courtesy of the Libs.

1. unregulated service providers allowing shonkies to put invoices to the system
2. invoices paid automatically enabling over-pricing to become systemic
3. allowing dubious claimants to enrol as participants.
4. not adequately supervising the running of the system, not enough human monitoring of costs.
5. overlooking shortcomings in the system and not addressing problems as they develop
6. allowing services which break laws and rip off or damage participants
7. illegal operators of housing flourished
8. participants ripped off by shonky operators
9. inadequate vetting of participants enabling drug dealers to operate
10. inappropriate inclusion of pseudo-science social activities which offer no benefit to the participant

I could go on indefinitely as there were so many ***kups instituted by th Lib govt that its not surprising the budget blew out massively

the question that needs asking is Why the Libs allowed the NDIS to become so corrupted.
