Forgive me if I am underwhelmed by this announcement.
6 basis points , hardly seems worth the effort.
Perhaps it has a greater reputational effect than I realise , as the share price has reacted poorly , but that may be anticipation of further penalties.
They would have to be pretty bad to justify a 2% drop though.
