This a question or a whinge?

I will take it as a question if that's OK?
Why now, why so low, why so late?
    My guesses are:
Up until the second court action, I think we have been lead up a garden path by govt.
Other than option traders there's significant option holders, management included who will be out of pocket now, the company has given every opportunity for the govt to make a decision that has now culminated in extra legal action.
    that could answer the now.
The why, because it's arguably the right thing to do. A reasonable person had every right to expect fair and reasonable conduct from the government. Looks like we are managed by rational prudent people who think similarly.
Why so low, that value is out of everyone's hands although a large part of that for the options is due to the time running out due to govt malpractice.

it is all intertwined in my book. And I am happy to see at least the attempt to salvage the options.
