My charting skills are limited - with so much knowledge on offer by posters here I think the question is misdirected if aimed at me. Perhaps Haspete or Robbbbbbb might be able to help you. I can offer the following crude chart and will say it seems to be breaking up out of all the previous down trends but I don't have a chart target. Looking at the chart I'm not sure the trading volume supports a full breakaway run yet.

This is a weekly chart to supplement the monthly chart I posted previously.
