That is a very plausible explanation, as is the fact that they are now using AI to create their art. The Indian team is responsible for touching up the AI assets and animating. Quite sad in terms of R&D.
The AGE offering was a little disappointing from AGT. The new game Dig-It really looked quite poor compared to competitors, and the other products on the stand appeared rushed and poor. Especially disappointing was overhearing staff at the AGT stand, rubbishing their own product line, not a really good look. Seems like a morale problem is taking its toll.
Aristocrat had Thunder Empire, Werewold Wild, Cash Spark, Supersplit etc.. Konami showed the new KaPow Pig games, Fortune Hearts, Bull Rush Blitz amongst others. IGT had a number of games including Extra Extra Chance, Hyperhits Respin and Fire Dragon (probably the standout on their stand), whilst LNW had the best games of the show Shenlong Unleashed and 2 new Dragon Train variants, plus a few games from their US portfolio ready for sale in Australia.
