I.V. and Marc have done an exceptional job of analysing bottlenecks, crafting an optimal growth strategy, sequencing it to reveal interesting details about the productivity of the previous salesforce, and then funding it with non-dilutive capital.

Sounds like there's still a couple of creases to straighten out with implementation. Understandable given the extreme transformation. No reason to think it's anything other than a short delay of 1-2 quarters.

The ONLY thing I don't like is the relatively entrenched Board in Australia, owning relatively little stock. They seem deaf to any challenge on this.
