How about you offer something useful. What is your mega insto brain telling you about the intentions for CKA. Surely you don’t think they’re just drawing wages until it’s run into the ground?

Why are the partners proceeding beyond due diligence if CKA will be in admin in the short/medium term? Do you feel this is a planned transfer of capital from minority investors to the largest few holders, CKA is bled out into admin and ends up in local hands?

Can you please explain in detail how Eddie ends up with this operation? Or do you not understand how that would happen? You’ve put this forward as your view so I assume you’ve thought it through. I presume you’re as familiar with the debt structure as the operational financials.

Can you also please also explain your conflicting logic, that Eddie would want to take over a disastrous project with no potential to ever be profitable? And please don’t reference the marketing fee as that has a limited duration. I have to assume that Latimore modelled the project to survive beyond the existing marketing fee. Otherwise he’s lost his investment.
