watso had read about enoch powell and his "rivers of speech" .. but had no idea of who he was .. and watso did confirm, by looking online, that he was indeed a linguist, and also was a professor at sydney university ..

for what it is worth, but in relation to migration to UK/Europe - watso has mentioned that these peoples loved their former colonial powers so much, that they wanted to go and live with them .. and comments made by the former policeman - sort of confirm the same ..
and no surprise about peoples migrating because of the consequences of wars involving america and UK ...
hopefully england will be prepared to accept a million ukrainians as refugees - given the support that the british are giving to the conflict .. at least the ukrainians are white ..
interesting comment about migration from the former colonies, was because of the manpower shortage after the war .. the same has been for other countries .. eg a lot of turks (muslim) migrated to germany, because german industry needed them ...
