    I suspect ENN needs the dividends from ECF for liquidity.

    I'm no fan of management. I think they've done a poor job communicating long term vision for ECF.

    Reality is that real estate has been in a bear market and looks to be turning the corner. Discount to NAV should start to narrow around some point.

    Short term on this ENN news I can see indiscriminate selling.
