Not sure about that Crazych, as there is consistently very small trades going through just prior to close or at auction that are shifting the SP down. Yesterday was yet another example - $485 worth going through just prior to the close shifting the SP down to 1.5c. This is not mum or dad trading $485. In any event, is irrelevant as news of the farm-in will properly move this.
In terms of timing, just an observation - last time the partners caught up was in Cape Town last year in early-mid Oct where "PEL 87 Joint Venture participants conducted in-person Operating Committee and Technical Advisory Committee meetings with Joint Venture Partners and the MME." Shortly afterwards on 26/10, we had news that the application to the MME for licence extension had been submitted. I again expect news to promptly follow the catch-up in Windhoek this past week.
